“Bread, a universal staple that winds it’s way through history, cultures and the fabric of our lives. This book explores the alchemy of bread in regards to the connection we have had with bread throughout the ages of civilization, the process and cycles of making it as well as it’s symbolism and significance within our human existence” My role was concept, research, copy writing, image procurement/selection, layout and production.
